Hosting

Hetzner infrastructure in Nuremberg, Germany.

Data in transit

TLS protects traffic between supported browsers and the AKMI service.

Tenant isolation

Application authorization isolates each coach workspace so coaches cannot access another coach’s clients.

Backups

Local database backups are scheduled every six hours and retained as 28 rolling backup copies.

Incident notice

We investigate suspected breaches and notify affected customers without undue delay when notification is required by applicable law.
