How It Works
Record yourself performing the exercise from the angles we specify. Any gym, any phone.
Your execution is broken into 8 phases, annotated with joint angles, and cross-referenced against your structural assessment. Every compensation is traced to its root cause — not your knees, not your hips, but the specific structural pattern driving the problem.
A 10-section clinical report: what you're doing, why your body does it, the real risk, and a phased correction plan from repositional breathing to full execution mastery. Not generic advice — your body, your anatomy, your fix.

Frequently Asked Questions
Any compound lift (squat, deadlift, bench, overhead press, row, RDL, clean, snatch) and sport-specific patterns (golf swing, baseball bat, vertical jump, sprint mechanics). If you move under load, we can analyze it.
Recommended but not required. The structural cross-reference (which connects your exercise problems to their anatomical root cause) requires assessment data. Without it, we analyze execution only — still valuable, but the full report is where the magic happens.
An Instagram form check tells you what looks wrong. This report tells you WHY — traced back to your specific structural orientation, ROM limitations, and muscular imbalances. Then gives you a phased protocol to fix it, not just a cue to try.
Those are symptoms. The report identifies the cause — usually a structural pattern that makes the compensation inevitable. We fix the pattern, the symptom resolves. That's the difference between cueing and coaching.
Phase 1 (repositional work) shows improvements within 2-4 weeks. Full execution mastery depends on how far you are from optimal — typically 8-16 weeks for compound lifts. We set honest timelines, not fantasy promises.
Absolutely. The coach version includes technical cueing libraries, programming integration notes, and decision matrices. Many coaches order these for their own clients.
