Ideally you have access to a gym with barbells and dumbbells. We can adapt programming for home setups, but results are faster with proper equipment. The assessment itself requires only a camera and open space.
We start with a full structural assessment before writing a single rep. Video evidence review surfaces compensations that are easy to miss in a normal coaching intake. Your program is built around your biomechanics, not a template.
English, Spanish, and Portuguese are fully supported. Italian, French, and German are available for written materials. Coaching calls are in English or Spanish.
CORE is a one-time assessment with no commitment. PERFORMANCE is a 3-month engagement and ELITE is 6 months. Structural change takes time, and we set conservative timelines to preserve measurable progress.
