AKMI Human Performance · Foot Assessment

Your biomechanical base starts at the foot.

Your foot is your contact with the ground and can shape compensations in the hip, back, or neck. Premium foot and ankle evaluation · measured tests · personalized corrective drill protocol · 12-month follow-up on the annual plan.

Built for elite athletes · top performers · professional coaches

Foot strategy compensates upward

When the foot does not transmit force cleanly into the ground, the knee, hip, spine, and neck start paying for it. Pain is rarely where the first constraint lives. The foot assessment is the first link in the chain.

Excessive pronation

The arch collapses inward · loads the tibia, femoral internal rotation, knee valgus, and anterior pelvic strategy.

Limited big-toe extension

Without clean hallux extension, you cannot complete push-off while walking · the body looks for rotation somewhere else.

Restricted ankle dorsiflexion

If the ankle cannot glide forward, the knee and hip take the job · deep squats get harder.

Left-right asymmetry

Side-to-side differences are often invisible without measured testing · the assessment records them so change can be tracked.

Frequently asked questions

Can I do it from home?

Yes. The active option is designed for self-recording with a phone. We send instructions for each test with video and text.

What if I have a coach or clinician who can apply it?

The passive option is designed for your professional to run the table-based tests with you and enter the measured values in the platform.

Can I buy only the foot assessment?

Yes. This is the standalone foot assessment. If you want full-body assessment, specific packages cover hip, spine, and shoulder.

How long does it take?

Active from home: about 45 minutes for the full test set. Passive table-based testing with a professional: about 60 minutes.

What if the result suggests something serious?

The assessment is not a medical diagnosis and does not replace licensed clinical care. If we detect red flags, the first recommendation is referral to a qualified specialist.
